Western Union Company is one of the world's leading providers of money transfer services. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- money transfer services between private individual (83.3%): 289.4 million transactions made in 2019 under Western Union, Orlandi Valuti and Vigo brands;
- payment services (7.3%): intended to facilitate the payment of clients with the governmental agencies, automotive financing companies, financial service providers, etc.;
- other (9.4%).
At the end of 2019, the activity is insured through a network of over 550,000 agencies worldwide.
