Viva China Holdings Limited Announces Declaration of Special Dividend, Payable on 21 July 2021

Viva China Holdings Limited at its the Board meeting held on 4 June 2021, the Board has declared a special dividend of HKD 0.133 per share of the Company (the "Special Dividend"), amounting to approximately HKD 1,265.7 million in total. The Special Dividend will be payable on 21 July 2021 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 8 July 2021.
