Superior Energy Services, Inc. announced Brian K. Moore, the Company’s executive vice president, was appointed to serve as chief executive officer of the Company. As a result of Mr. Moore’s appointment, Michael Y. McGovern, the Company’s executive chairman of its board of directors, will no longer perform the functions of the Company’s principal executive officer but will remain with the Company as executive chairman of the board of directors.
