R8 Property ASA entered into firm lease agreements with Asplan Viak, Evolve and Choice Hotels. This is not correct, the company has previously entered into a letter of intent with Asplan Viak, which was terminated in first quarter, and has LOIs with Evolve and Choice Hotel. The Skien Brygge development project, of which R8 Property ASA owns 25%, is valued at cost of mNOK 3 in the companys balance sheet as of first quarter of 2021. Further, the companys lease agreement with HELFO in Kjelleveien 21 in Tønsberg will expire, according to the lease agreement, July 31, 2022. This is reflected in presented rent-roll in the documents.
