PHOENIX (AP) _ Grand Canyon Education Inc. (LOPE) on Thursday reported third-quarter profit of $47.7 million.
On a per-share basis, the Phoenix-based company said it had net income of $1.08. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were $1.11 per share.
The for-profit education company posted revenue of $206.8 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in December, Grand Canyon Education expects its per-share earnings to range from $2.08 to $2.13.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $252 million to $255 million for the fiscal fourth quarter.
Grand Canyon Education expects full-year earnings in the range of $6.05 to $6.10 per share, with revenue ranging from $897.2 million to $900.2 million.
