Charter Communications Inc. on Tuesday unveiled several management changes ahead of the retirement of John Bickham at the end of next year.
The Stamford, Conn., cable giant said Mr. Bickham, who has been president since 2016 and chief operating officer since 2012, will now serve as vice chairman.
Charter said Chris Winfrey, who joined the company as chief financial officer in 2010, succeeds Mr. Bickham as chief operating officer, while Jessica Fischer, who had been executive vice president of finance, will now serve as chief financial officer.
Meanwhile, Charter said Rich DiGeronimo, its chief product and technology officer, will take on added oversight of the company's network operations.
Charter in February announced Mr. Bickham's planned retirement.
