NAPLES, Fla. (AP) _ ACI Worldwide Inc. (ACIW) on Thursday reported third-quarter profit of $15.9 million.

The Naples, Florida-based company said it had profit of 13 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were 39 cents per share.

The maker of software for electronic payments posted revenue of $315.9 million in the period.

ACI Worldwide shares have fallen 19% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 3% in the last 12 months.
