Item 8.01. Office Space Rationalization. In connection with the office space rationalization yielding $4 million in savings as described in Exhibit 99.1 hereto, the Company is downsizing and relocating its corporate headquarters to Miami, Florida. The Company will close its current Naples, Florida headquarters and principal executive office on December 18, 2020.
