Ltd. (which he founded in 2010) and Chairman at Alisoft (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Mr. Ma is also on the board of Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. (former Executive Chairman), Alibaba Group Treasury Ltd., Breakthrough Prize In Life Sciences and Alibaba Group (U.S.), Inc. (former Executive Chairman) and Chairman for China Entrepreneur Club and Member of Alibaba Partnership.

In his past career he was Chairman of Inter China Network Software (Beijing) Co. Ltd., President at China Pages (he founded the company in 1995), Chairman for Alipay.com Co., Ltd.
