(a subsidiary of Xerox Holdings Corp.). Mr. Heiss is also on the board of Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Xerox Corp.

In his past career he occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer for Xerox (Europe) Ltd.
