In his past career Mr. Tokuchi was VP, MD-Investment Banking & Fixed Income at CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. and Chairman for CITIC Securities International Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary of CITIC Securities Co., Ltd.).

He received an undergraduate degree from Peking University and a graduate degree from Stanford University.
