He previously held the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer for Sleep Country Canada Holdings, Inc. and Executive Co-Chairman at Sleep Country Canada, Inc. (a subsidiary of Sleep Country Canada Holdings, Inc.) and Chief Executive Officer & Director at Mattress Holding Corp.

Stephen K. Gunn received an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and an undergraduate degree from Queen's University.
