Currently, Stephen Arthur Mongillo is Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of AMPF, Inc. Mr. Mongillo is also on the board of CVR Energy, Inc., Icahn Enterprises G.P. Inc. and Icahn Enterprises LP.

In the past he was Managing Director at Icahn Capital LP and Senior Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.

Mr. Mongillo received an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (Connecticut) and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
