Mr. Liu is also on the board of Prada SpA, HKS Education Fund Ltd., Hong Kong University of Science & Technology R & D Corp. Ltd. and Hongkong Sales International Ltd.

Mr. Liu received an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and an undergraduate degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
