Presently, Roger J.M. Dassen holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of ASML Holding NV.

He is also on the board of De Nederlandsche Bank and Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

In the past he was Chief Executive Officer at Deloitte Holding BV and Vice Chairman-Risk, Regulatory & Public Policy at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd.

Dr. Dassen received an MBA, a graduate degree and a doctorate from Maastricht University.
