In his past career Robert M. Davis held the position of VP & President-Medical Products Business at Baxter International, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Baxter Healthcare Corp. (a subsidiary of Baxter International, Inc.) and Director-Corporate Financial Planning at Eli Lilly & Co.

Mr. Davis received an undergraduate degree from Miami University, a graduate degree from Northwestern University School of Law and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
