(which she founded), Chairman at PSP Capital Partners LLC (which she founded in 2012), Chairman for Pritzker Realty Group LLC (which she founded) (a subsidiary of PSP Capital Partners LLC) and President of Frankmon LLC. Ms. Pritzker is also on the board of Microsoft Corp., The Barack Obama Foundation and Pritzker Traubert Foundation and Chairman of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Co-Chairman for Cyber Readiness Institute, Member of The Urban Land Institute, Member of Young Presidents' Organization, Inc., Member of The Real Estate Roundtable and Member of The Chicago Network.

Penny Sue Pritzker received an undergraduate degree from Harvard University and an MBA and a graduate degree from Stanford University.
