She previously occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer for Immersion Corp., Vice President-Finance at SeaGate, Inc. and Vice President- Financial Planning & Analysis at Seagate Technology LLC.

Nancy Erba received an undergraduate degree from Smith College and an MBA from Baylor University.
