Currently, Michael Stewart Rousseau is Chief Financial Officer & Deputy CEO at Air Canada. Mr. Rousseau is also on the board of Resolute Forest Products, Inc. and Member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

He previously held the position of President for Hudson's Bay Co., Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of Moore Corp., Principal at Capital Eye Investments Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Silcorp Ltd.

He received a graduate degree from Villanova University and an undergraduate degree from The Schulich School of Business.
