Matthew Glover Hyde is on the board of Centennial Resource Development, Inc. and Birch Permian Holdings, Inc. In his past career Mr. Hyde was Regional Exploration Manager at Occidental Petroleum Corp. and Asset Manager at Oxy Permian (a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corp.), Senior Vice President-Exploration at Concho Resources, Inc., Exploration Geologist at Samson Resources Co and Chairman for New Mexico Oil & Gas Association.

Mr. Hyde received an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont, a graduate degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
