In his past career Mr. Ramsden held the position of Chief Executive & Operating Officer at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and Chief Accounting Officer & Controller at Omnicom Group, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer for TBWA Worldwide, Inc. (a subsidiary of Omnicom Group, Inc.).

He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oxford.
