Hyuk Choe is on the board of Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. and Professor at Seoul National University.

He previously was President for Korean Finance Association.

Dr. Choe received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from Seoul National University and a doctorate from The University of Chicago.
