She is also on the board of One Stop Systems, Inc., Indyme Solutions LLC and Qelzal Corp.

In the past Ms. Messinger occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer of MedSmart, Inc. and Director at Avaak, Inc.

Ms. Messinger received an undergraduate degree and a graduate degree from the University of California San Diego and an MBA from Paul Merage School of Business.
