Mr. Davis is also on the board of The San Jose Repertory Theater and The Old Globe Theatre and Member of The Conference Board Council of Financial Executives and Member of The Wall Street Journal, Inc.

In his past career George S. Davis held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of QUALCOMM, Inc., Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President for Applied Materials, Inc. and Vice President-Finance of Atlantic Richfield Co., Inc.

Mr. Davis received an undergraduate degree from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
