Currently, Francois Boulanger holds the position of Co-Managing Director at CGI Deutschland BV & Co. KG, Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at CGI, Inc., Chairman for CGITI Portugal SA and Chairman of Affecto Oyj (both are subsidiaries of CGI, Inc.) and Chief Financial Officer at Eurostyle Group. Mr. Boulanger is also on the board of 14 other companies.

Mr. Boulanger received an undergraduate degree from HEC Montréal.
