Mr. Kumar is also on the board of Ciena Corp., TF AMD Microelectronics (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. and Suzhou-TF AMD Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Devinder Kumar received an undergraduate degree from the University of Malaya, a graduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
