Presently, Deng Kun Chen holds the position of Chairman for Shanghai Kingdee Medical Software Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is also on the board of Youmi Technology Co., Ltd. (former General Manager & Director) and Shenzhen Capol International & Associates Co., Ltd. and Member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Adjunct Professor at Anhui University of Finance & Economics, Member of Association of Enterprise Architects, Member of China Certified Public Accountant Association, Adjunct Professor at Zhongnan University of Economics & Law and Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

In his past career he held the position of Chairman for Bull Will Co., Ltd. and Executive Director & Senior Vice President at Kingdee International Software Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Chen received an undergraduate degree from Anhui University of Finance & Economics, an undergraduate degree from Anhui University of Finance & Economics and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
