Presently, Bryan Hambleton Hall occupies the position of Secretary, Executive VP & General Counsel for Liberty Global Plc and Secretary & Director at Liberty Global Broadband I Ltd. and Secretary, Executive VP & General Cousel at Liberty Global, Inc. (both are subsidiaries of Liberty Global Plc).

He is also on the board of Liberty Global, Inc. Ltd. and Liberty Global Europe 2 Ltd.

In the past Mr. Hall was Partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, Secretary & General Counsel at Virgin Media Ltd., Secretary & General Counsel for Virgin Media, Inc., Secretary & General Counsel for NTL, Inc. and General Counsel for NTL, Inc.

Mr. Hall received an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and a graduate degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
