He is also on the board of Availity LLC.

Dr. LeClaire previously was Chief Executive Officer for CompBenefits Corp. and Vice President-Product Development at ALLTEL Information Services, Inc.

He received a doctorate from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and an undergraduate degree from Ripon College.
