Presently, Anthony E. Malkin occupies the position of Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. and Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Empire State Realty OP LP, President of ESRT MH Holdings LLC and President of W&H Properties, Inc. (which are all subsidiaries of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc.). Anthony E. Malkin is also on the board of The Real Estate Roundtable, Real Estate Board of New York, Inc. and APi Group Corp. and Member of CECP, Member of The Urban Land Institute and Member-Innovation Council at The Partnership for New York City.

In the past Mr. Malkin held the position of Member of Empire State Building Associates LLC, Member of 60 East 42nd St. Associates LLC, Member of 250 West 57th St. Associates LLC and Principal at Chemical Venture Partners.

Mr. Malkin received an undergraduate degree from Harvard College.
