Currently, Anne M. Holloway is Chairman of American States Water Co. and Chairman for Golden State Water Co. (a subsidiary of American States Water Co.). Ms. Holloway is also on the board of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and Fund for the Arts and Member of Parkinson's Institute & Clinical Center.

She received an MBA from Boston University.
