In her past career Ms. Kelly was Associate for Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and Secretary, MD & Assistant General Counsel at Ambac Financial Group, Inc.

She received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
