has today, in form of a testamentary inheritance, inherited 14.000 shares of
Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA.

New number of shares owned and controlled by Mr. Wilhelmsen is 1 165 095 shares
or 0.28% of outstanding shares. 

In addition, Mr. Wilhelmsen, through holding companies, is the controlling
shareholder of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA; the latter owning 160 000 000
shares of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA or 37.82% of outstanding shares.
