With reference to announcement of 17 November 2020 regarding an agreement to
form a combined entity with KMC Properties AS, the board of Storm Real Estate
ASA has today convened an extraordinary general meeting to be held on 18
December 2020. <br />

Note that due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and applicable restrictions, all
shareholders are encouraged not to attend the meeting physically, but instead
vote through submission of proxy forms prior to the meeting.<br />
