Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ) announces that Luska Limited has sold 185,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average sales price of 108.50 p per share.
Luska Limited is a private company controlled by Neil Pike, a non-executive director of the Company, and the sale has resulted from an intended change of control of Luska Limited.
Following this transaction Mr Pike retains 320,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.12% of the Company's current issued share capital.
