London - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ) announces that today Malcolm Webb, non-executive director, purchased 18,290 ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of 108.80p per share.
Following this transaction Mr Webb is interested in 62,971 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.0235% of the Company's current issued share capital.
