- real estate lease (56.7%);
- hotel operation (28.1%);
- other (15.2%).
At the end of 2019, its portfolio consisting of 331 assets with a total surface area of 1,230,379 m2, amounted in book value to EUR2.4 billion, broken down between offices (41.4%), residences (29%), retail (19.6%) and hotels (10%).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Austria (25.9%), Germany (29.5%) and Europe (44.6%). |
