On October 1, 2020, Realty Income Corporation (the "Company") closed its
offering of £400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 1.625% Notes due 2030
pursuant to a purchase agreement dated September 23, 2020 entered into by and
among the Company and Barclays Bank PLC, Credit Suisse Securities (Europe)
Limited, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and the other underwriters party thereto.
