DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

IN RELATION TO

CONTINUING CONNECTED TRANSACTIONS: 2019 MASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND 2019 MASTER SALES AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of the Company dated 28 November 2019 in relation to the continuing connected transactions regarding the 2019 Master Purchase Agreement, 2019 Master Sales Agreement and 2019 Master Property Management Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

As set out in the Announcement, a circular containing the information required under the Listing Rules in relation to the 2019 Master Purchase Agreement and 2019 Master Sales Agreement is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 19 December 2019.

Since additional time is required for the preparation and finalization of certain information of the Group, it is expected that the despatch date of the circular will be postponed to a date on or before 9 January 2020.
