Nokian Renkaat Oyj is the leading Scandinavian tire manufacturer. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- production and sales of tires (78.3%): intended for cars (86.1% of net sales) and for heavy-duty vehicles (13.9%);
- distribution of tires (21%; Vianor): operating, at the end of 2019, through a network of 1,170 service centers worldwide;
- other (0.7%).
At the end of 2019, the group had 3 production sites located in Finland, Russia and the United States.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Finland (14.7%), Sweden (13.4%), Norway (12.3%), Europe (26%), Russia (19%), North America (12.9%) and other (1.7%).
