Highcroft Investments PLC is a holding company. The Company is a real estate investment trust (REIT), which has a portfolio of property and equity investments. The Company operates through three segments, including Commercial property, which consists of retail outlets, offices, warehouses and retail warehouses in England and Wales; Residential property, which consists of single-let houses and flats in England, and Financial assets, which consists of exchange-traded equity investments. The Company's equity portfolio is spread over 20 holdings, covering a range of sectors and geographical markets. The Company's commercial property assets are located in the south-east of England and there are over 20 properties spread across a retail warehouse in Bicester, a building in Cardiff, a radio station and office building in Oxford and an industrial unit in Warwick. The Company's subsidiaries include Rodenhurst Estates Limited and Belgrave Land (Wisbech) Limited.
