In the past he was Managing Director at Rockwool Scandinavia, Sales Director at RFS Denmark A, Managing Director at Rockdelta A, Area Sales Manager at AMETEK Denmark An and Regional Sales Manager at Howden Denmark A.

Mr. Kähler received an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and an undergraduate degree from Technical University of Denmark.
