Presently, Tapan Kumar Dhar occupies the position of Vice President-Research & Development at Berger Paints India Ltd. In his past career Mr. Dhar was Chief Manager-Technology at Asian Paints Ltd. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Calcutta and a graduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.
