Currently, Steven Michael Cohen holds the position of Co-Chairman at Bronfman Center, Chairman of Brooklyn Bridge Park Development Corp. and Chief Administrative Officer & Executive VP at MacAndrews & Forbes LLC. Mr. Cohen is also on the board of New York University, Bank Leumi USA, New York University Tandon School of Engineering and Whole Earth Brands, Inc.

Mr. Cohen received an undergraduate degree from New York University and a graduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania Law School.
