Presently, Rupert Mark Boden Bondy is Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc and Group General Counsel at BP Group Plc. Mr. Bondy is also on the board of Reckitt Benckiser Health Ltd. and Member of The Bar Council and Member of The State Bar of California.

In the past Mr. Bondy held the position of Senior Vice President & General Counsel for GlaxoSmithKline Plc and Senior Counsel-Mergers & Acquisitions at Smithkline Beecham Plc (a subsidiary of GlaxoSmithKline Plc), Group General Counsel at BP Plc and Principal at GSK Products, Inc.

Mr. Bondy received a graduate degree from Harvard University, an undergraduate degree from King's College, Cambridge and a graduate degree from Stanford Law School.
