Currently, Phillip Clive Lockyer holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman of GR Engineering Services Ltd. and Chairman of The Minerals & Energy Research Institute of Western Australia.

He is also on the board of RTG Mining, Inc.

Mr. Lockyer previously was Manager-Business Development at National Mine Management Pty Ltd., Non-Executive Chairman for ALS Metallurgy Pty Ltd., Executive Director-Operations & Projects at Dominion Mining Ltd., Director & General Manager-Operations at Resolute Ltd., General Manager-Western Australia Operations at WMC Ltd. and General Manager-Western Australia at WMC Resources Ltd.

He received a graduate degree from Curtin University.
