Presently, Neil Hamilton dos Guimarães Peixoto holds the position of Vice President-Research & Development of BRF SA.

In his past career he occupied the position of Manager of Mondelez International, Inc. and Head-Research & Development at Mondelez International GmbH (a subsidiary of Mondelez International, Inc.) and Manager of Nabisco, Inc.

He received an undergraduate degree, a graduate degree and an MBA from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
