Marianne Elisabeth Johnsen founded Cascata AS and X-Lence Group AS. Currently, Ms. Johnsen holds the position of Managing Partner at X-Lence Group AS. Ms. Johnsen is also Chairman for Norwegian Refugee Council and Managing Partner at Cascata AS and on the board of 5 other companies.

Ms. Johnsen previously was Chairman at Arctic Seafood Group AS, Member-Senior Management at Ullevål Universitetssykehus HF, Member-Management Board at Oslo universitetssykehus HF and Director-Strategy & Business Development at Elkem ASA.

Ms. Johnsen received a graduate degree from the University of Oslo and an MBA from Solvay Business School of Economics & Management.
