He previously was Group Chief Operating Officer of Lendlease Group, Chief Financial Officer at CIMIC Group Ltd., Head-Project Finance at Deutsche Bank AG (Hong Kong), Head-Project Finance at Deutsche Bank Australia Ltd. and Infrastructure Director at Allco Finance Group.

Mr. Charlton received an MBA from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
