Mr. Jenisch is also on the board of Ambuja Cements Ltd., ACC Ltd., Glas Trösch Holding AG and Lafargeholcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction. Mr. Jenisch previously was Chief Executive Officer at Sika AG, Managing Director at Sika Automotive Belgium and General Manager at Sika Tivoli GmbH. Mr. Jenisch received an MBA and an undergraduate degree from the University of Fribourg.
